I have also been solely responsible for my child’s healthcare and medical arrangements, including:

The child’s father has not been substantively involved in the child’s healthcare arrangements.

5. Financial Responsibility
I have continuously and financially supported my child throughout the relevant period.
I regularly pay for:

living expenses;
medical expenses;

6. Relationship with the Child’s Father

实务中的“高成功率写法”（非常关键）
1. 不要写得太情绪化
不要：
攻击前夫
指责家庭
写感情问题
UKVI不关心这些。
2. 一定强调：
“谁做重大决定”
这才是核心。
重点包括：

3. 中国案件一定要解释：
“为什么孩子长期在中国”
这是 UKVI 最敏感的问题之一。
必须解释：

但：
母亲仍长期控制成长决定。
4. 一定解释：

否则：
UKVI很容易认为：
老人才是真正监护人。
